Victoria Paeva

PROJECT LEAD & ART DIRECTION

Since her BA in architecture, Victoria has been actively involved in various socio-cultural and research projects dealing with grassroots initiatives, alternative educational and cultural environments, and off-gridnarratives. She is particularly interested in how our built environment influences our behaviour and how this manifests in a wider cultural landscape. Her practice is characterised by collaboration, learning by doing and critical thinking. She thrives best in an open workshop and with dirty hands. Her research work workshop matters was published by the Dutch publishing house Valiz under the title Commons-in-Design.


Erica David

GRAPHIC & UI/UX DESIGN

Erica David (she/her) is a passionate visual designer who is enthusiastic about every medium and every new tool. Since moving to Switzerland (2021), she has worked for various cultural institutions in Basel, including the Kunstmuseum, Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst. She always approaches her tasks with motivation, enthusiasm and a desire to push boundaries. She currently works as a digital designer at Suan Conceptual Design in Basel.


Giorgia Bandiera 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY

She currently works as a freelancer in Italy, Switzerland and Germany for cultural institutions and small and medium-sized companies, where she manages projects from brief to launch.She art directed the new campaign for the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst in Basel, in collaboration with Erica and the AnDiCo Lab. Her MA thesis, which explored a more sustainable approach to the use of colour in graphic design, was selected to represent Italy's best young designers in the international touring exhibition 'A New Collective Landscape' (ADI Design Museum).


Stella Auburger

FUNDRAISING & COMMUNICATION

Stella Auburger (she/her) is a visual designer currently working in coordination and communication for various cultural initiatives in Basel, bringing her passion for language, design and social issues to the projects. In her MA degree, she investigated the connection between gender bias in language and images. Stella sees her creative craft as an interdisciplinary tool, with the need to continually generate new perspectives, ideas and accessibility for the design and experience of our environment. In addition to her freelance work as a designer, Stella is part of the project management team of the Minigolfklub Basel. She also works as project manager for the KulturPlus1 initiative and is responsible for communications at wildwuchs Basel.
